Elena Marangon was born in the Italian city of Varese. Graduated in Business Economics at Universita Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC in Castellanza (Milan). The desire to achieve a high level of knowledge and skills in the field of logistics led her to the decision to defend her master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management, again at LIUC University.

For over 15 years he worked for multinational companies including Carlsberg, Whirlpool, Huntsman International and Vorwerk Folletto, holding various management positions at national and international level. Participates in the implementation of large-scale projects in Europe and Asia.

In 2016, she launched her own consulting and business coaching practice, helping companies from various sectors improve their operations and supply chains.

Regardless of the size of the organization - small, medium or large, it can give its recommendations for better efficiency of the entire production cycle, working closely with entrepreneurs, managing directors and production managers. The result of the joint activity is the development of more functional business models, tailored to the specific specifics of the company's activity, the market and the industry.
