Svetlin Peshev has been the managing director of WTO Bulgaria since 2013. Before that, his career was connected with one of the largest sea container lines in the world, in which he held various management positions in Bulgaria and abroad, the last of which was commercial director for the Italy cluster, which also included Malta and the countries of the former Yugoslavia.

Svetlin is also actively involved as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in the management board of the WTO Group, guiding the global development of World Transport Overseas.

He deals with the implementation of new systems for process automation and digitization of the company. He has completed numerous qualification courses for people and process management, including Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Process Management at PMI, Leading Others & Leading Leaders at IMD.

Svetlin Peshev graduated from an English language high school, and then higher education at UNSS, majoring in "International Tourism". He is married and has a daughter. Outside the field of professional realization, Svetlin's hobbies are related to the sports of tennis, windsurfing and snowboarding. Music has been another great passion of his over the years.
