Nikolay Rashkov is an expert in the field of transport. His efforts are aimed at improving the quality of transport services in Bulgaria and Europe, and promoting policies that support economic growth. He believes that through collaboration and innovation, significant progress can be made in the transport and logistics industry.

Nikolay Rashkov is the chief operating officer of Eurospeed OOD. From 2021, he is a member of an expert group on secondment of drivers in the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport in the European Commission. His activities include the preparation of expert opinions on the implementation of the Mobility Package I, coordination with the legal services of the EU as well as with the branch organizations in Europe.

Since 2019, Nikolay Rashkov has represented in Brussels the interests of the Union of International Haulers (SMP), Bulgaria.

He has a degree in political science from the University of Maine, USA.

Nikolay Rashkov's latest venture outside of transportation is the founding of the Eagles basketball club in 2024.
